Vivian Ann Elliott Davis, daughter of the late Dorothy Edwards and Robert Elliott, was born on March 29, 1945. She departed this world on February 10, 2021 after a lengthy illness.
She was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. This was also her place of employment as a food service worker. She worked there over 20 years until her retirement. She was the matriarch of the family, the glue that held everyone together.
Vivian was a loving friend, confidant, mother, grandmother, and sister. She loved listening to oldie but goodies, dancing, playing cards on the weekend and going on bus trips with the family. Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart and she didn't believe in any child ever being hungry. You could always count on a good meal from grandma's house.
Vivian was preceded in death by her son Linwood; daughters, Angela, Alberta, and Marcella; one grandson whom she raised, George; one sister, Louise and one brother, Robert Lee.
She leaves to cherish her memory: five daughters, Linda, Eleanor, Shirley, Christine, and Tiffany; two grandchildren whom she raised, Said and Stephanie; four sisters, Dorothy, Shirley, Deloris, and Christine; her best friend for over 50 years, Jacqueline Jones; and the love of her life: Bernard Williams.
She also leaves behind over 75 grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, great great great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
